RouteMatch Software Inc., of Atlanta, Ga., and Ontira Communications Inc., of Vancouver, B.C., have formed a strategic alliance for the distribution of interactive voice response (IVR) solutions to the paratransit industry.
Under the terms of the alliance, RouteMatch will distribute Ontira’s HandyLine solution, which provides 24-hour automated ride information to paratransit riders and enables transit agencies to provide information to more callers without increasing staff.
