A new report documenting the increasing hassles that come with airline travel should remind consumers that motorcoach is a logical alternative, the American Bus Association said. The annual "Airline Quality Rating" report released Monday shows rising numbers of delayed and canceled flights, lost luggage, bumped passengers and other problems that have fueled growing customer dissatisfaction with flying. ABA President Peter J. Pantuso noted that travel by motorcoach is less costly, features amenities to improve passenger comfort and can be time-competitive and comparatively free of airport headaches.
