Fenway Partners has completed its previously announced acquisition of Coach America — the nation’s largest charter, tour and contract motor coach operator — from Kohlberg & Co.
Craig Lentzsch will continue to lead the organization as president/CEO.
The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
