Phoenix-based Valley Metro Regional Public Transportation Authority installed a new Web-based customer relations management (CRM) system from Technology Solution Providers.  


The system enables Valley Metro’s regional call center to enter customer generated comments related to transit services into the system in an efficient and non-redundant manner. TSP’s solution has many new features, including advanced search capabilities, a wide array of reports and a notification feature that alerts transit staff when certain types of comments or complaints are reported.  


TSP and Valley Metro have worked together since March to complete the installation.
