DaimlerChrysler to change name

After the recent sale of the Chrysler Group and given the corporate name change to Daimler AG, DaimlerChrysler will change its name to Daimler Buses North America.  

The name change will be effective January 14, 2008. The organization’s structure and operations will remain the same, and Daimler Buses North America will still combine Orion transit buses, Setra motorcoaches and Dodge Sprinter shuttle buses under the same corporate structure.
