The Nashville MTA has formed an agreement with the Chancery, Circuit and Criminal Courts of Nashville and Davidson County to make public transportation available to and from jury duty.

The Nashville courts join Vanderbilt University, Belmont University, and the State of Tennessee on the list of government entities offering MTA transit as an option. When jurors call the jury staff and request to ride MTA to jury duty, the staff will mail a one-ride pass to the juror for the first bus ride.

Passes for return and future trips will be supplied to the juror upon reporting for jury duty.
