24 motorcoach operators receive marketing awards

The National Motorcoach Network recognized 24 motorcoach charter and tour operators with its first Motorcoach Marketing Excellence Awards, recognizing operators for their long-term membership and participation in the organization.  

Companies recognized for the 25-year membership were: Annett Bus Lines, Sebring, Fla.; Arrow Stage Lines, Norfolk, Neb.; Bill Rohrbaugh’s Charter Service, Manchester, Md.; Peoria Charter Coach, Peoria, Ill.; Peter Pan - Arrow, East Hartford, Conn.; Winn Transportation, Richmond, Va.; and tour operator Ozarks’ Kirkwood Tour & Travel, Branson, Mo.; Other charter and tour operators honored were: Abbott Trailways, Roanoke, Va.; Blue Grass Tours, Lexington, Ky; Dixieland Tours, Baton Rouge, La.; Dynamic Tours, Orlando, Fla.; Elbo Bus Trailways Europe, Heino, Netherlands; Go West Adventures, Los Angeles; Hesselgrave International, Sumner, Wash.; Lakefront Lines, Cleveland; Lenzner Coach Lines, Sewickley, Pa; Minnesota Coaches, Hastings, Minn.; New World Tours, Bristow, Va.; Onondaga Coach Corp., Auburn, N.Y.; Royal Tours, Asheboro, N.C.; Southern Coaches, Dothan, Ala.; Starr Tours, Trenton, N.J.; Sweet Magnolia Tours, Nashville, Tenn.; and Trieloff Tours, Irvine, Calif.

The AV passenger shuttle will run a fixed-route stopping at designated stops within an office park. The pilot will begin with two vehicles — each with a customer service agent onboard for passenger questions and information.
