The Southern California Transit Training Consortium (SCRTTC) has delivered over 6,000 training hours to 14 Southern California transit agencies. The training is provided by transit agencies throughout Southern California and the associated Community Colleges for transit agencies who are members of the consortium.

Maintenance technicians and supervisors, who are responsible for public transit operations in the metropolitan Los Angeles area, receive training on the use and maintenance of Intelligent Transportation Systems.

This training is funded by the FTA and is part of the Professional Capacity Building Program administered by the U.S. Department of Transportation.
