AECOM Technology Corp., a provider of professional technical and management support services, has completed its acquisition of Earth Tech Inc., a provider of consulting; engineering; and design, build and operate services to many different industries including transportation.
With the acquisition, AECOM increases its global presence in the Americas, Europe, Australia and Asia, while augmenting its leadership position in the environmental, facilities and transportation sectors, according to the company.
