Allan Silver, senior vice president, corporate strategy and general counsel, of Traxis Financial Group (TFG), will join a panel discussion on the role of the Export-Import Bank of the United States (Ex-Im) in the financing of transportation assets globally.

During the annual American Public Transportation Association (APTA) meeting that will take place in San Diego Oct. 5-8, a key topic of interest is expected to be the growing international appetite for public transportation vehicles and equipment.

Silver possesses nearly two decades of experience in the structuring, negotiation and documentation of cross-border financial transactions. Having worked with Ex-Im and other export credit agencies many times, Allan will bring a unique perspective to the discussion. TFG has helped international governments on multiple occasions arrange the financing of large transportation fleet acquisitions.
