Beginning January 1, MV Transportation Inc. assumed operations of the IndyGo transit call center for the Indianapolis Public Transit Corp. (IPTC)

Under the terms of the contract, MV will perform all day-to-day paratransit services as well as all call center functions, including reservations, dispatch and scheduling. The company will also begin the implementation of the Trapeze software for IndyGo, and will devote one Trapeze specialist to remain onsite during the transition into the new scheduling system.

In addition to Trapeze, MV will also introduce its Real Time Monitoring system to assist the dispatch team in improving productivity while keeping service on time.
