Alexandria, Va. asks operators to get permits

ALEXANDRIA, Va. — Beginning Thursday, city officials are asking motorcoach operators to apply for operating permits for existing parking spaces. Buses will not need a permit in order to have access to the city's new free parking spots, according to a Washington Examiner report.
