CHICAGO — Interim Metra CEO Don Orseno, who has been running the commuter rail agency's operations since the departure of former CEO Alex Clifford, looks to regain the public's trust through the agency's actions. "If we make the right decisions, hire the right people and make sound business decisions, people will have trust in us," he said during an interview with the Daily Herald.

Orseno, a veteran railroader, also weighs in on other issues, including on-time performance, positive train control and customer service. For the full story, click here.
