NEW YORK — The widow of a New York City Transit track worker electrocuted on the third rail in 2010 has accepted a $4 million settlement from the agency, the Daily News reported.

A Queens judge had already ruled that NYC Transit was negligent for failing to protect James Knell against the lethal shock, so a jury had only to determine the amount of monetary compensation for his pain and suffering. For the full story, click here.
