New York subway's 2015 highlights, lowlights ranked

NEW YORK CITY — A Straphangers Campaign report found that the hiring of Veronique Hakim, a commitment to increased transit spending, fare hikes and pizza rat were just some of the highlights and lowlights for New York City Transit in 2015, amNewYork reports.
