Motor Coach Industries (MCI) delivered two new J4500s to Northern Illinois University (NIU) and four new D4505s to Michigan-based Indian Trails.

NIU’s coaches, which will be used as part of its commitment to environmentally friendly transportation, are equipped with CAT C-13 engines, ZF Astronic transmissions and DVD monitors.

Meanwhile, Indian Trails’ D4505s features include Wi-Fi, satellite TV with flat-screen monitors and multi-channel XM satellite radio, as well as individual headset ports, airflow controls and wheelchair lifts. The coaches will be used for its Michigan Flyer shuttle service.
