BusWest secures 12-month Caltrans extension

Carson, Calif.-based BusWest was granted a one-year extension to its contract with the State of California, Department of General Services for paratransit buses -– commonly known as Caltrans Type 1, 2 and 3 buses.

The extension will allow the marketplace to benefit from vendor continuity, according to the company, as well as enable BusWest to continue to invest in systems, processes and customer service enhancements to increase end-user satisfaction.
