[IMAGE]Krapf-2.jpg[/IMAGE]West Chester, Pa.-based Krapf Coaches Inc. recently took delivery from ABC Companies of two new Van Hool A300L low floor transit coaches. The buses are powered by Cummins ISL engines coupled to Voith D864.5 four-speed transmissions.

Krapf's currently operates more than 1,000 school buses, 30 luxury motorcoaches, 35 transit buses and 88 Paratransit vehicles, offering charter, tour, school as well as transit and paratransit services to multiple areas.

Their transit division alone carries more than 550,000 passengers a year.

[IMAGE]Windstar-2.jpg[/IMAGE]Meanwhile, ABC also announced that Carroll, Iowa-based Windstar Lines added a new Van Hool T2145, growing the operation's fleet to 41 full-size Van Hools and 2 GCA M-Type, mid-sized coaches.

Powered by a Cummins ISM, coupled to an Allison B500, the new 2010 T2145 is the flagship of the fleet, boasting satellite TV with contoured parcel racks and 22-inch video monitors and a rear window. Passenger seats all have leather inserts, tray tables and three-point seat belts.

With additional locations in Cedar Rapids, Dubuque and Des Moines, Windstar's 43 coaches offer luxury tours, convention planning and charter services in Iowa as well as Omaha and other portions of Nebraska.
