[IMAGE]MCI-Technician-Training-Louisville-2.jpg[/IMAGE]Motor Coach Industries (MCI) is kicking off 2011 with a brand new series of Technical Tune-Up sessions at its Technician Training Center in Louisville and a full range of topics and best practices through its continually updated L.E.A.R.N. webinar series.

"We made a plan to upgrade educational offerings to our customers in 2011 because MCI's customers are our single most important product development resource," said Patricia Ziska, MCI's vice president and chief customer officer.

Offered free to operators of MCI coaches at MCI's Louisville Training Center, the onsite Technical Tune-Up sessions are designed to maximize maintenance skills for the highest up-time and utilization on all current-production MCI models. This hands-on learning environment offers 3 ½-day seminars in new technologies, troubleshooting, and making appropriate repairs. These sessions are taught by expert MCI trainers as well as representatives from OEM vendor companies.

Additionally, the HVAC 608 / 609 exam is offered as an option to all attendees. Technicians registering for this exam will be mailed a study guide to prepare and certification will be awarded for successful completion of this exam.
