CHICAGO — The family of a woman who was struck and killed by a tour bus in 2011 reached a $6.75 million settlement with the tour bus company, according to the Chicago Tribune.

Video surveillance images showed that Justyna Palka was walking in the crosswalk with a green light when the driver made a right turn and ran her over, according to her family's lawyers.
