The 364 7000-series cars include a customer-preferred blue and gray interior color scheme; a stainless steel exterior with 64 vinyl padded seats and seat-back grab handles; two dynamic LCD route maps and four video screens in each car; and a “quad-unit configuration” of the cars.

TripAdvisor to provide train travel options

The travel website now helps customers find rail itineraries for continental Europe. TripAdvisor partnered with Deutsche Bahn, Rail Europe, and other European rail providers to give travelers access to train choices. Rail itineraries will be shown alongside flight choices where relevant.

Driver in fatal Va. bus crash to appear in court

The contract — the largest construction package for the project — was awarded to Barnard Impregilo Healy, in the amount of $233,584,015.00. The extended light rail line is expected to carry 65,000 passengers daily by the year 2030. The project will be in revenue service by 2018.
