Security countermeasures will provide additional right-of-way protections for passenger trains, particularly those operating on the Northeast Corridor. Disability pass demand spikes for Denver RTD

In January of this year, RTD issued 49.7 percent more discount disability cards than in the same month of 2010. Increase may be due in part to social service agencies increasing efforts to get their clients enrolled in the transit agency’s disability pass program.
