Metro-North riders want fare hikes to go back to service

Fares increased 5.25% January 1 and are due to increase by the same amount for the next two years. The increase is expected to bring in $9.25 million in additional train revenue this year.

'Rally for Roads' headed to D.C.

The one-day event, to be held in March, is designed to promote the importance of a fully-funded, multi-year transportation bill and the role it plays on stimulating the economy, maintaining the nation's global competitiveness and creating American jobs.
