Attempted murder sought for accused in bus driver stabbing

The ATU is calling for prosecutors to press for attempted murder charges against Maurice Young, who allegedly stabbed a NJ Transit bus driver seven times. Union also says Young should face a federal charge that makes disabling a bus or train operator punishable by up to 20 years in prison.
