Metro asked students to focus their efforts on campaign and research projects designed to strengthen the relationship between the transit system and the university, increase public awareness of light rail, and encourage student and faculty support for more than 500 businesses located along the North, East End and Southeast lines.

The Smart Move campaign is endorsed by 86 committed partners around the world. The Motorcoach Marketing Council will disseminate and share Smart Move campaign and marketing materials, fact sheets, videos and best practices with its motorcoach operators and campaign supporters to strengthen the Smart Move outreach to politicians, media, and the general public.
