32 injured in L.A. bus, rail collision

The fire department says there were no life-threatening injuries reported. Authorities will examine video footage to determine who is at fault.

Double-deck bus crash kills one woman

The bus, carrying 64 passengers, apparently blew a tire and skidded into the center pillar around 1:20 p.m. near Litchfield, about 60 miles north of St. Louis. As many as half the people on the bus were injured.

Study: Wheelchair passengers' injuries due to misuse of restraints

Accident data showed that in most of the crashes the wheelchairs were secured, however, seat belts weren't always used or fastened the right way; and in some instances, people slid from under lap belts and were injured.
