Royal Star Hawaii’s new J4500s feature wheelchair lifts, lavatories, and A/V systems and will be used primarily for island tours and transfers. The operator will eventually receive a total of six J4500s.

The newest J4500 features 2013-EPA engines for more fuel economy and a redesigned parcel rack for more passenger headroom. The Setra S 417 now offers an optional second door and club corner lounge seating, as well as front collision guard, cornering lights and rain/light sensors.

Tuscaloosa (Ala.) Charter Service’s new J4500, which underwent a design change for 2013, features a taller appearance, curving LED headlights and smooth rear cap. Meanwhile, Milton, Vt.-based Premier Coach took delivery of five new Setra S 407s.

Toronto-based transit system GO Transit has added 18 new Motor Coach Industries MCI D4505 Commuter Coaches. Meanwhile, Tauton, Mass.-based Bloom’s Bus Lines received two J4500 coaches.

Schenectady, N.Y.’s Wade Tours takes delivery of a 2013 J4500, which features a clean-diesel Detroit Diesel/Allison powertrain, 110-volt outlets and Wi-Fi. Vancouver, B.C.-based Universal Coach Lines has taken delivery of three 2013 MCI J4500s, which also feature the new powertrain and LED headlights.
