Chicago’s Pace Suburban Bus ordered 13 Commuter Coaches, with an option for 37 more. Meanwhile, York County, Penn.’s rabbittransit took delivery of three new MCI Commuter Coaches, and Beaumont, Texas’ Sun Travel Trailways received its very first MCI J4500.

DNC Parks and Resorts at Yosemite National Park received six “talking” D4005 coaches. Pacific Coachways Trailways purchased four MCI 2013 J4500s.

Arrow Stage Lines received six J4500 coaches, two Setra S 417 models and an MCI D4505. Meanwhile, Cyr Bus received a new Setra Top Class S 417.

Wilkes-Barre, Pa.-based Martz Trailways, ordered 46 new 2013 MCI coach models. Bethlehem, Pa.-based Trans-Bridge Lines took delivery of seven MCI J4500 coaches, redesigned for 2013.

Anderson Coach and Travel of Greenville, Pa., and Northeast Charter and Tour Co. of Lewiston, Maine, were honored at the American Bus Association’s annual Marketplace, which took place from Jan. 5 to 9 in Charlotte, N.C., as the recipients of ABA’s “Green Operator Award.”

Apple Valley, Calif.’s Ebmeyer Charter and Tucson, Ariz.-based Gray Line Tours Tucson/Citizen Auto each received a 2013 MCI J4500 coach. Features include wood floors, three-point seat belts and Wi-Fi.

The transit agency will receive 54 MCI Commuter Coaches. Delaware Express took delivery of a new 2013 J4500, wrapping up a four-coach order.

MCI Service Parts established a relationship with Vintage Parts Inc., which will inventory MCI and Setra parts classified as inactive, obsolete or discontinued, along with parts that would have otherwise been scrapped.
