Bus driver conviction upheld in deadly Va. crash

The 2011 accident that Kin Yiu Cheung was involved in killed four riders. The Virginia Court of Appeals rejected his claims that prosecutors did not prove he demonstrated reckless disregard for human life, saying there was substantial evidence that Cheung knew he was in no condition to drive.
