Coach overturns in Texas, killing at least 2

A chartered bus from Cardinal Coach Line overturned on a highway near Dallas, killing at least two people and injuring several others. The bus, carrying about 30 people, was traveling north to a casino when it slid off the highway.

NTSB: Driver fatigued in fatal coach overturn

Fatal Texas motorcoach crash in Jan. 2008 was caused by the driver's loss of control of the vehicle after he fell asleep at the wheel. NTSB issued 19 safety recommendations after investigation.
