Cleveland college to charge security, parking maint. fee

The fee, based on credit hours, will be assessed for all students, including those who take public transportation, but the college also has negotiated discounted student rates with the Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority to offset the fee.

Utah Transit, universities adopt collective agreement

Changed from each of Utah's colleges and universities independently negotiating year-to-year with transit agency to collective bargaining on behalf of most of the state’s higher education schools. The goal is to stabilize transit pass pricing.
