Bus service inconvenient for wheelchair users

Riders with disabilities in Felixstone, England, have been asked to keep track of times, stops and routes where they had been denied a ride because they could not get on the bus.

Wheelchair-bound riders want better access to Montreal buses

Riders demonstrated the difficulty they have with accessing buses. A transit official says the city is planning to install station elevators and offer wheelchair accessibility on all city routes by the end of next year.
