WEEHAWKEN, N.J. — Several heavily armed officers swarmed a train near the Lincoln Tunnel on Tuesday after someone phoned in a threat, reported WABC.

Port Authority of New York & New Jersey detectives captured a suspect later that evening, who has been charged with creating false public alarm and making terroristic threats, with other charges possibly pending.
