Every day, Yongping Bus Company drivers swipe a card at a terminal, where a screen prompts them to rate their mood from one of four choices: good, okay, not well but still able to work, terrible and won't work, according to the report.

Shifts are covered for drivers that don't feel well and drivers feeling down are provided with access to counseling.
