BusCon 2014 will offer motorcoach operators dedicated education within its robust schedule. A highlight of the offerings includes “Understanding the FMCSA Management Cycle,” presented by the United Motorcoach Association and the Bus & Motorocoach Academy, taking place on Monday, Sept. 15, at 3:30pm.

This session will discuss the Safety Management Cycle — the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration’s signature tool behind its investigative process.

Additional sessions from which motorcoach operators may benefit are: “Creating a Driver Training Program from Start to Finish;” “Saving Money with Efficient Tire Usage;” “Guiding Drivers to “Do it Right the First Time, Every Time” and “Finding the Money: How to Get Grant Funding.”

Motorcoach operators will also enjoy the keynote address, “The Mental Edge,” by Dr. Craig Manning, Olympic sports performance psychologist and the awards ceremony.
