GREEN COVE SPRINGS, Fla. — Clay Transit, the Jacksonville Transportation Authority and the North Florida Transportation Planning Organization teamed to introduce TransPortal -- an online transportation resource center funded by the Federal Transit Administration, reported the Clay Today.

TransPortal allows riders to plan for a taxi ride — complete with cost estimate — and use bus, rail, or paratransit, where available, to reach their final destination. The portal’s software then determines the possibilities and modes of transportation needed in the trip. For the full story, click here.
