Enhancing the company's customer service commitment, Daimler Buses North America will begin providing smart cars for its customers while their coaches and buses are being serviced at any of the three company owned service centers in Florida, North Carolina and New Jersey.

Daimler Buses also recently enhanced its Customer Assistance Network (CAN) technical support hotline by ensuring that it has staff answering the toll-free line 24-hours, seven days a week to assist both Setra and Sprinter customers.
