Virginia airport service adds Ford Flex vehicles

Celebrating its third anniversary this month, Virginia-based Carey Transportation Airport Connection service at Norfolk International Airport announced that sales are up 10 percent year-to-date and the addition of six new vehicles are being placed into service.

The new vehicles being introduced are 2010 Ford Flex models. The new vehicles have the same leg room as the extended wheelbase Crown Victoria sedans they are replacing, more seating options and better fuel economy.

The Airport Connection service, located just outside of baggage claim, offers the convenience of door-to-door service between the Norfolk Airport and any location. Customers are able to make advance reservations or walk up purchases 24 hours per day, seven days per week. In addition, corporate accounts, travel agent programs and voucher systems are available.

Carey Transportation, a division of James River Bus Lines, is a full service transportation provider with facilities located in Richmond, Williamsburg and Norfolk. It is part of the Carey International network of service providers serving 480 cities in 75 countries.
