ABC taps Premier as authorized service facility

ABC Companies announced that Knoxville, Tenn.-based Premier Transportation became an authorized service facility for ABC's line of coaches.

"We're bucking the trend," said Ashley Cornell, ABC's vice president, customer care. "At a time when manufacturers are tempted to scale back on support, we're looking for ways to serve our customers better. Including Premier, with their first rate staff, facility and location, in ABC's service network is a huge plus for our customers in Georgia, Tennessee, Kentucky and the Carolinas."

Premier will be acting as a sublet warranty facility for ABC Companies and is authorized to perform warranty work. Although the customer will be responsible to pay for repairs on site, Premier is trained in ABC's warranty policy and will be able to offer assurance as to what repairs will be reimbursed, according to the company.
