Hill International acquired TRS Consultants Inc., a firm that provides civil engineering, program management, construction management and information technology services primarily to the transportation and infrastructure market. TRS, which has approximately 40 employees, is based in San Ramon, Calif.
ZweigWhite Financial Advisory Services initiated the transaction and served as financial advisor to TRS Consultants.
Hill International, with 2,300 employees in 80 offices worldwide, provides program management, project management, construction management and construction claims and consulting services.
