In conjunction with the launch of the new Volvo 2010 D13 engine with Advanced SCR to its North American markets, Prevost developed a new Website, www.VolvoBusSCR.com.
The Volvo SCR system not only meets, but also exceeds U.S. EPA 2010 requirements, delivering near-zero emissions of particulates and NOx (oxides of nitrogen).
The Website offers a wealth of detail on SCR features and benefits. It also includes answers to frequently asked questions about DEF (diesel exhaust fluid), information on DEF availability and contact details for those wishing further information.
