ABC launches Facebook, Twitter pages
The interactive sites will allow customers to chat directly with designated ABC personnel via postings and tweets, as well as access to YouTube postings.
ABC Companies established new social media portals via Facebook and Twitter where customers can connect with the company and access information about ABC Parts, service and technical tips.
The interactive sites will allow customers to chat directly with designated ABC personnel via postings and tweets, as well as access to YouTube postings. Visitors to the sites will meet the official ABC online spokesman, "The Coach" - the company's new interactive "face of all things bus-related." Coach can help with service and repair questions and invites users to register and follow him on Facebook, Twitter and YouTube.
"Our new social media sites are just a logical extension of ABC's communication network," said President/CEO Dane Cornell. "As part of our overall marketing strategy, social media will help to enhance our online presence and more importantly strengthen our connection to customers."
