DDS wins NYCT contract
NYCT's Paratransit Division currently schedules up to 27,000 trips per day through its Access-A-Ride service, all of which are managed and scheduled using ADEPT Software.
DDS Wireless International Inc.'s Transit business unit, StrataGen Systems Inc., closed a significant contract with MTA New York City Transit (NYCT).
Valued at more than $900,000, the contract provides for additional functionality to the existing StrataGen ADEPT Software system, allowing New York City Transit to gain greater scheduling efficiency while achieving longer term cost savings from the system.

NYCT has been a customer of StrataGen for more than seven years, and this contract follows on a contract award from NYCT announced in January for the integration of interactive voice response with the software's installation.
