HOUSTON — Houston Metro's board will meet in a closed session Friday to consider, among other issues, "personnel matters, including the position of president and CEO," Frank J. Wilson, according to a Houston Chronicle report. The board is said to be working toward Wilson's "amicable" departure, probably via resignation rather than termination.
