NEW YORK — Nearly 500 New York Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) token booth clerk jobs were saved after a Manhattan Supreme Court judge issued a temporary restraining order preventing the MTA from closing the dozens of booths and therefore, layoffs of the clerks.
