Minn. Valley Transit updates Website

The Minnesota Valley Transit Authority (MVTA) launched an updated Website featuring a new presentation of pocket schedule information, a display specifically for Smartphones, the Google Transit Trip Planner and more.

"We were able to take advantage of technology improvements and functionality, and we were able to deliver the new site ahead of schedule," said Robin Selvig, customer relations manager and coordinator of the project.

The MVTA Board approved the Website update at its May meeting, with plans to launch by September 1. Work was completed ahead of schedule and the site launched Aug. 16.
