The Halsall group, comprising Halsall Associates, Pivotal Projects and Loop Initiatives, is now the Canadian Operating Company of Parsons Brinckerhoff (PB), announced George J. Pierson, president/CEO of PB.
Halsall Associates is the Canadian consulting engineering firm founded in 1956; Pivotal Projects is its Canadian project management company; and Loop Initiatives is the corporate sustainability consulting business of Halsall.
"The joining of Halsall's strength in buildings with PB's strength in transportation infrastructure allows us both to provide enhanced services to existing clients as well as new clients throughout Canada," said Pierson. "We share Halsall's values and commitment to community sustainability and are enthusiastic about the great potential to be realized by this."
The new operating company of PB will be known as Halsall, a Parsons Brinckerhoff Company.
