Peter Pan, DATTCO purchase Double A Charter assets

NEW BRITAIN, Conn. — Springfield, Mass.-based Peter Pan Bus Lines took over Rocky Hill, Conn.-based Double A Charter Inc.'s charter business in early October and is expected to move into its old facility and begin operations at the end of the month, according to a Hartford Business Journal report. Meanwhile, DATTCO is purchasing Double A's shuttle division assets and contracts. It also has hired most of Double A's employees, including the sales staff.
