NEW BRITAIN, Conn. — Springfield, Mass.-based Peter Pan Bus Lines took over Rocky Hill, Conn.-based Double A Charter Inc.'s charter business in early October and is expected to move into its old facility and begin operations at the end of the month, according to a Hartford Business Journal report. Meanwhile, DATTCO is purchasing Double A's shuttle division assets and contracts. It also has hired most of Double A's employees, including the sales staff. About 50 employees from Peter Pan's East Hartford hub are being moved to the Rocky Hill location. Over the next few months, an additional 25 employees from the Milford site and other Peter Pan hubs will begin work in Rocky Hill. For the full story, click here.
