MYRTLE BEACH, S.C.— Sunway Charters & Tours, a motorcoach tour company that has been in business for more than 30 years, will cease operation next month, laying off about 35 employees in the process, according to the Sun News. Sunway had been administered by founder Nelson Jackson, who died in February. Jackson made no provisions for Sunway in his will and no buyers could be found to take over the operation. The company will give its last tour in mid-December and be shut down as part of settling Jackson's estate. For the full story, click here.
