Rochester-Genesee CEO to leave transit system

ROCHESTER, N.Y. — Mark Aesch, CEO of the Rochester Genesee Regional Transportation Authority, (RGRTA) announced he will leave his position at the end of 2011 when his contract expires. Aesch, who has turned down offers to helm other public transit systems during his tenure, said he is planning on pursuing opportunities in the private sector, reported the Democratic and Chronicle.
