AssetWorks, provider of fleet management software and automated fuel management systems, contracted with the Ontario, Canada-based Regional Municipality of York to implement FleetFocus to manage its fleet operations for transit, roads, EMS and police.
Looking to replace a number of systems — primarily spreadsheets and small-scale database applications — York Region selected FleetFocus for its advanced fleet management functionality and ability to meet the needs of a variety of operations.
FleetFocus is a comprehensive fleet management software application that tracks all aspects of a transit or municipality’s fleet on a single database, which allows users to proactively manage all maintenance aspects of a fleet with a keen eye on safety and compliance.
Additionally, plans are in place to further implement advanced features for York Region’s parts and equipment.
